1) Monthly Salary: Rs. 21,975 for 12 hrs per day
2) Additional: Rs. 35 per night allowance, Rs. 850 attendance award, Rs. 30 per suggestion
3) In-Hand Salary: Rs. 10,217 (8 hrs shift), Rs. 14,552 (12 hrs shift)
4) OT Rate: Rs. 48/hr (3.5 hrs per day)
5) Total Shift Timing: 12 hrs (8:00 - 8:00 )
6) Shift Work: Rotational Day/Night shifts
Other Benefits: PF, ESIC, Food & Tea Coupons, Transportation, Snacks, Uniform, Shoes, Monthly Bonus
Notes:
1) 3 unplanned leaves may result in employment termination
2) 7-day notice period required.
