Production Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Acts as a link between all the artists and the production
- Follow-up and update shot statuses and artist targets in addition to being able to produce show status at all times
- Organize, attend, and manage dailies and review meetings, take notes of all relevant information and distribute them to the artists
- Ensures that the artists have all the necessary information
- Keep artists and supervisors up to date with information client notes, shot changes, modifications and evaluate the impact on current work
- Prepare detailed reports dedicated to the Production and client: client notes, shot and schedule changes, or any important modifications
- Should be good Excel
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Open to learning, Proactive and should be an effective listener
