Job Description

Managing schedules: This includes creating and sending schedules, updating them, and communicating schedule changes.
Handling paperwork: This includes completing and filing paperwork, and writing expense reports.
Ordering supplies: This includes ordering equipment and supplies.
Tracking spending: This includes tracking costs against the budget.
Communicating: This includes communicating with the customer service supervisor, CSR team, and the production team.
Setting up the office: This includes setting up the production office and organizing equipment, supplies, and staff.
Preparing and distributing documents: This includes preparing, updating, and distributing crew lists, daily progress reports, and script changes.
Helping with the wrap: This includes helping the production manager to wrap the production, closing accounts with suppliers, and returning surplus stock.
Collaborating with other departments: This includes collaborating with marketing, finance, and other departments.
Keeping clients updated: This includes keeping the client-side counterpart updated about the status of the project.
