Job Description

Production Supervisor for households utensils manufacturing unit. Production planning and cost controlling skills needed with knowledge in Microsoft excel.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the production team

Allocate resources and monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines are met

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet customer specifications

Oversee the training and development of production staff

Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes

Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role preferred

Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques

Excellent leadership and management skills

Good understanding of quality control principles

Ability to identify and implement process improvements

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
