Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production floor, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the production line, ensuring production goals are met on time and within budget.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the production process to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all production equipment is properly maintained and operating efficiently.
- Review production schedules and coordinate resources to meet customer demands and company objectives.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to track performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety training.
- Ensure product quality by conducting inspections and audits throughout the production process.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to optimize overall production efficiency.
