Job Description
- Role and responsibilities:- Role: Ensure repeat business by meeting client deliverance and expectations.
- Responsibility: Will be responsible for end to end management of the project.
- Communicate with clients and should be able to analyze & evaluate their requirements
- Should be able to handle complaints from customers
- Maintaining uninterrupted business (Customer satisfaction ensuring continual business)
- Allocate the translation files to respective teams
- Preparing project proposals, cost estimates and budgets, timelines and schedules.
- Handle key/major projects on need basis and skilled in price negotiations
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives 8. Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Supervise and motivate team to perform their best
- Coach and support new and existing Project co-coordinators
- Monitor operational costs and resources
- Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
- Analyze and prepare MIS reports
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
- Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
- Good on communication
- Able to delegate the works according to priorities
- Problem solving skills and maintaining confidentiality
- Good in leadership skills and team handling
- Able to participate in the Client-Vendor management
