Job Description

Daily reporting, Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong written / verbal communication skills. Positive and flexible attitude. Strong time management. Ability to understand and comply with business processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning and Scheduling:

    • Developing Project Plans: The Project Coordinator assists in creating detailed project plans that outline the project’s goals, tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets. This includes breaking the project into phases and assigning responsibilities to different team members.

    • Setting Milestones and Deadlines: The coordinator helps set clear milestones and deadlines for various tasks within the project to ensure that progress is tracked effectively.

  2. Resource Management:

    • Allocating Resources: The Project Coordinator ensures that the necessary resources (people, equipment, budget) are available to execute project tasks. This may involve coordinating with different departments to secure these resources.

    • Managing Resource Allocation: Ensuring that resources are used efficiently and adjusting allocation as necessary to prevent bottlenecks or resource shortages during the project.

  3. Communication and Stakeholder Coordination:

    • Internal Communication: The Project Coordinator facilitates communication among team members and ensures that everyone is on the same page regarding the project’s objectives, deadlines, and any changes to the plan.
