Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage daily project operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones. Prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor the execution of project timelines.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients in both Tamil and English. Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports, project updates, and presentations to internal teams and clients.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify project-related issues and roadblocks, and offer effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment, supporting the project team to achieve objectives. Prior experience in leading or coordinating teams is a plus.
- Client Relations: Manage client expectations, regularly communicate project progress, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organization & Multitasking: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain excellent attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changes in project scope, timelines, and priorities, ensuring that all adjustments are managed efficiently.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Must possess excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Tamil and English.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT sector, with a solid understanding of software development processes, technical terminologies, and project workflows.
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and project updates to both internal teams and clients.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to make timely, effective decisions, showing good judgment and initiative.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team, with prior experience in leading or coordinating teams considered an advantage.
- Client-Facing Experience: Experience in managing client relationships, including communicating progress and ensuring satisfaction.
- Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools and software development cycles is desirable.
- Attention to Detail & Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
