Job Description
Overview: Facilitate seamless project execution from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and activities to meet project objectives.
- Collaborate with designers, contractors, project managers and clients to clarify project scope and requirements.
- Monitor project progress and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring swift resolution.
- Closely working with all the verticals and bridge the gap.
- Keep the timely update to the clients.
- Preparing and sending MOMs across.
- Conduct Daily, Weekly, Project and Client meetings.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in interior design or construction.
- 4-5 years of experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
