Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage on-going project and new upcoming implementations.
2. Coordinate with client/ departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions.

3. Create reports as per the schedule and client requirements.

4. Coordinate with the Production team for timely deliveries.

5. Managing team for smooth implementation through proper guidance, training and performance evaluation.

Requirements and Skills:

IT experience of 3-5 years

Must know Bengali.

Strong working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.

Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.

Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines.
