Qualification:
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate 2018-19 (BE/Btech/Bsc/Bcom/BBM/B.E/B.Pharma/ M.com/ M.Sc/M.Pharma)
Job Description :
1. Analyzing
- To understand insurance scenarios and analyze the claims which has to result for payment either from insurance / patient.
2. Productivity
- To achieve and maintain the productivity grid consistently on a daily / weekly and monthly basis provided by the Team Lead
3. Quality
- To achieve the productivity target with desired quality of 96% and above.
- If the PR TRAINEE fails in any of the audits samples with the scores below 96%, the PRS Trainee need to review the audit results and acknowledge the QA scores with appropriate reason for failing the audit with the improvement plan.
4. SharePoint
- PR TRAINEE is expected to refer daily / periodically / need on basis required related PR documents from SharePoint in order to perform the assigned work.
5. Job related reporting
- Expected to be available in Office to accomplish any additional work based on the client / business requirement after shift hours or any weekend holiday or declared holidays.
- Expected to complete any designed task assigned by Team Lead based on the client / business requirement on regular or need on basis.
