Job Description

Purchase and Operations Analyst

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

*The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with expertise in

procurement, sourcing, vendor management, international trade, and customs regulations.

*Multilingual capabilities can be an asset, Experience with ERP systems and import process,

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,

* Proven experience in import procurement,

* logistics, or supply chain management,

* customs procedures, and import/export documentation,

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.

*Proficient in calculating product landing costs, including logistics, customs duties, and other import- related expenses.

*Prepare and review documentation including commercial invoices, Packing List, Bills of lading, COO, etc.

*Order management and monitoring supply within stipulated time

*Incoterms of shipment and interaction with reputed air freight forwarders such as Fedex, DHL, Domestic couriers

* Arranging local transports

* Supply document arrangements as per customer PO.

Education

UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical

PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
