Job Description
*Job Description – Purchase Executive *
Ø Over all experience : 1-2 years
Ø Candidates with relevant experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting purchase/procurement preferred with Tally
Ø Research sourcing for new suppliers & vendors.
Ø Ensure on time turn around /other to delivery of parts from suppliers.
Ø This role involves overseeing the purchasing process to ensure the timely acquisition of materials, supplies, and services that support Fire extinguishers and materials/fitting required for its project related work and all purchase request from project engineers or production department for procurement of raw material & parts.
Ø As per design, plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies.
Ø Review Invoices or appropriate documentation prior to payment.
Ø Build strong & excellent relationship with the supplier/vendor base.
