Develop and Implement QA Processes:
Design, implement, and improve company quality standards.
Develop quality control systems and determine corrective actions.
Lead initiatives to improve processes to ensure consistent product quality.
Lead the QA Team:
Supervise and manage the QA team and ensure they are adequately trained.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in all quality assurance functions.
Monitor Production:
Ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards.
Oversee the end-to-end product testing process.
Conduct audits and inspections on various stages of the production process.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with different departments (e.g., production, engineering, procurement) to resolve quality issues.
Act as a point of contact for customers regarding quality issues and improvements.
Report key quality metrics and provide recommendations to senior management.
Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:
Investigate product or process failures and determine the root cause of the problem.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and reviews.
Prepare and present reports on the state of quality assurance and quality control systems.
