Job Description

A Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring products and services meet quality standards by conducting tests, identifying defects, and analyzing data to improve processes. They work with development teams to understand requirements, design and execute tests, and report findings, ultimately contributing to product quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Testing: Conducting various types of testing, including manual and automated testing, to identify defects and ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
Analysis: Analyzing test results, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements to processes and products.
Collaboration: Working with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, report issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and bug reports.

Key Skills:

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good observational and listening skills (especially for call audits).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and tools.
