Job Description

A Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring products and services meet quality standards by conducting tests, identifying defects, and analyzing data to improve processes. They work with development teams to understand requirements, design and execute tests, and report findings, ultimately contributing to product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing: Conducting various types of testing, including manual and automated testing, to identify defects and ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
Analysis: Analyzing test results, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements to processes and products.
Collaboration: Working with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, report issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.
