Job Description

Job Overview:

A Quality Analyst (QA) is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of products or services by conducting tests, identifying defects, and implementing improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance & Testing:

Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and procedures to ensure product quality.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
Perform manual and automated testing to verify software functionality.

2. Process Monitoring & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO, Six Sigma, CMMI, etc.).
Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and process gaps to improve service quality.
Monitor quality metrics and generate performance reports.

3. Root Cause Analysis & Improvements:

Investigate product or process issues and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with developers, customer support, and management to improve quality.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

4. Automation & Performance Testing:

Develop test automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium, or other tools.
Conduct load and stress testing to check software performance.

5. Customer Service & Process QA:

Monitor call quality, chat support, and email responses.
Provide feedback to agents and conduct training sessions.
Ensure compliance with company and industry service standards.
