About hiring company: Recruiting Company is manufacturer of Metallic & Non Metallic Expansion Joints (Mechanical Equipment which is fitted in Industrial Pipeline of Steel Plant, Power Plant, Petrochemical Plant, Water Supply Projects, Suger Plant, Cement Plant etc.). The company was incorporated in 1948.
Now they are currently looking to hire candidates for the position of Quality Assurance Engineer as per the attached document their company.
POST: Quality Assurance Engineer
Place of Posting: KOLKATA North.
Qualification requirement: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineer from Reputed Institute and having Marks 65%+ Madhyamik & H.S. Marks will be 60%+.
Experience: 2 to 3 years.
Scope of Work
* Inspection of Raw Material/sub component at Vendor premises.
In-house Inspection of Raw Material/sub component for generation of Stores Receipt Voucher.
Final Inspection of Finished Product (Dimensional Inspection / Pressure Testing etc.)
Coordinate with Customer for Final Inspection of Finished Product at our factory premises
Follow up and discussion with Customer for Inspection Clearance and Despatch Clearance
Preparation of Internal Inspection Report of Finished Product.
Knowledge of Various Test (Ultrasonic Test / Radiography Test etc.)
Inspection of Final Paint on Finished Product
Packing inspection.
Technical Review of Purchase Order received from Client
Post Order Documentation: Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan for Client approval,
Incorporation of Client Comments during approval.
Pre Order Documentation: Preparation of QAP as per special requirement, if any.
Keeping Ready/Traceable Material Test Certificate.
Preparation of Welding WPS/PQR as per requirement and maintain records
Maintain Calibration Record of Instruments
Maintain Test Certificates of Paint
Any other requirement related to Quality Assurance of Product
Salary: As per Industry Standard
