The role involves scrutinizing footage, identifying suspicious activities, and flagging incidents promptly to clients. Your keen attention to detail and ability to take swift action will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability of our system.

Key Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor video alerts generated by the solution.
Evaluate footage to identify and verify suspicious incidents.
Flag potential security concerns or anomalies to the clients immediately.
Maintain accurate records of flagged incidents and actions taken.
Collaborate with the technical and support teams to optimize video alert accuracy.
Adhere to established quality and reporting standards.
