Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance through systematic testing and inspection.

Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes.

Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports to communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality metrics.

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff on quality standards and practices.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies related to quality control.

Participate in audits and assist in corrective action plans as necessary.
