Prepared Supplier PPM, Daily communication to supplier on Red bin issues, 8D communication
to suppliers / SCM Team, 8D status updation on tracking sheet
Responsible for the In- process Quality (Work Instruction, First Piece, In-process and last piece
Inspection records, Gauge Measurement Report & Process parameter Sheet verification on
moulding machine)

Investigate and resolve quality issues, on-conformities, and customer complaints through through
root cause analysis and corrective /preventive actions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality, operational efficiency, and
customer satisfaction.
