Job Description

Key Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following)

Job Requirements:

▪ Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

▪ Able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines

▪ Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues, superiors/managers and other external contacts.

Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Documentation:

Proficiency in updating organization-wide QHSE documentation in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
Demonstrated ability to ensure alignment of QHSE documentation with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Auditing Experience:

Experience in conducting QMS/HSE audits, including internal audits and external certification audits.
Proven track record of effectively identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective actions.

Emergency Preparedness and Training:

Direct experience leading QHSE emergency preparedness plans and conducting awareness sessions.
Ability to run engaging QHSE training sessions for employees, ensuring comprehensive understanding and compliance.

Incident Investigation and Reporting:

Proficiency in HSE incident investigation techniques and reporting.
Experience in analyzing root causes of incidents and implementing preventive measures to mitigate future risks.

Technology Proficiency:

Expertise in utilizing technology platforms such as ERP systems, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite for QHSE management and documentation.
Ability to leverage technology to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and facilitate collaboration.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Qualified as ISO standards Internal auditor at minimum.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Excellent computer in Microsoft Office applications including software applications like SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, etc.
