Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Senior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in quality inspection within the manufacturing industry, with expertise in inward, in-process, and final quality inspections. The Quality Senior Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, analyzing inspection data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Inspections: Conduct inward, in-process, and final quality inspections to ensure products comply with established quality standards.
Quality Control Procedures: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
Data Analysis: Analyze inspection data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve quality issues promptly, working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and overall operational excellence.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, quality issues, and corrective actions.
Training: Train and mentor junior quality team members on quality inspection techniques and procedures.
Compliance: Ensure all quality processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Reporting: Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure integrated quality management throughout the production process.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5-6 years of experience in quality inspection within the manufacturing industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in quality management tools and techniques.
Knowledge: Thorough understanding of inward, in-process, and final quality inspections, as well as industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
