Quality Tester Jobs Opening in SP Ultraflex Systems Pvt Ltd at Mira Road, Mumbai
Job Description
- Planning and execution of inspection of all inward material. In house as well as on vendor’s site.
- Look at ways to reduce rejection, waste and increase efficiency.
- Should have proper knowledge GD&T
- Should have proper knowledge about machining process, welding process and coating process
- Supplier performance monitoring through SQAR (Supplier Quality Analysis Report) and continuous improvement based on vendor quality analysis and improvement report.
- Work on effective solution that is develop jigs and fixtures to reduce inspection time.
- Raise CAPA/DMR/DUR (Design Update Request) to design team, whenever required and ensure correction in drawings.
- Proactively work on new features improvement, cost reduction, inhouse work reduction on VAVE
- Close coordination with supplier for self-attested inspection report and improve quality Actively focus on quality assurance process.
- Maintain Instruments calibration list & its records.
- Maintain Machine wise checklist on regular interval.
- Automation of QC through (CMM – Coordinate Measuring Machine)
- Work within the timelines and quality standards as set in the SOP
