Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quotation Specialist to join our team at Melange India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and sharing quotations with clients based on their specific requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel to handle data and generate accurate quotes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and understand client inquiries and requirements to prepare accurate and competitive quotations that meet their needs.
• Prepare and customize quotations according to the unique requirements and references of each client.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide the best possible solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure the quotations meet both client expectations and company standards.
• Ensure all quotations are prepared and delivered within the required timeframes.
• Ensure all quotations are accurate, comprehensive, and reflect the correct pricing, terms, and product specifications
• Maintain an organized database of all quotations for easy retrieval and reference.
• Assist the sales team in negotiations by providing insights and clarifications on the quotation details.
Qualifications:
• Any Graduate.
• Proven experience in preparing and managing quotations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand and interpret client requirements and translate them into accurate quotations.
• Problem-solving mind-set with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
• Experience in the hospitality products sector is a plus.
