Job Description

Qualification :Any Degree with System Knowledge
Ag Limit : 35yrs ( Male & Female )

Ticket issuance:

Accurately issuing train tickets to passengers based on their destination, class, and desired travel date.

Customer service:

Answering passenger questions about train schedules, routes, fares, and addressing concerns regarding ticketing.

Fare calculation:

Calculating correct ticket fares based on passenger details and applicable rules.

Record keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of ticket sales, cancellations, and other relevant ticketing data.

Cash handling:

Collecting payment for tickets and ensuring proper cash management.

Information updates:

Providing passengers with updates on train schedules, delays, and cancellations.

Inventory management:

Managing the stock of ticketing materials like tickets and forms.

Complaint resolution:

Handling passenger complaints regarding ticketing issues and finding solutions.

Station management:

Contributing to overall smooth operations at the ticket counter and station.
