Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Real Estate Channel Sales Executive to
join our team in Gurgaon. This role requires a proactive and entrepreneurial
approach to selling real estate, handling rejections, and consistently
achieving sales targets.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve the monthly/quarterly sales quota.
- Meeting “Channel Partners”, “intermediaries” in a given territory for enrolling them to work as partners.
- Assisting the “CPs” in “Sales Process” to ensure productivity & profitability for the CPs.
- Contribute individually to meeting sales quotas.
- Be responsible for sales and meeting the sales commitments.
- Make cold calls through telephone, emails, and by visiting CPs offices.
- Stay update on real estate market trends and competitive offerings.
Skills required:
- Experience in channel sales.
- Handling people facing roles.
- Being responsible for getting orders.
- Capable of working long hours.
- Punctual and well-presented.
- Able
to face people, make proposals, and handle rejection 90 out of 100 times.
- Have an entrepreneurial approach: promote, sell, get rejected, get knocked down, get up, dust yourself off, and keep going.
- Accountable for results.
- Make commitments and deliver them.
- Handle significant responsibility and mental pressure.
Training:
- Shall be provided to all the selected candidates covering Training in Sales and Training in Real Estate Markets.
- 7 Days Training Non- Payable.
