Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Manager for a full-time, mid-level position at our Bangalore headquarters. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales, focusing on lead generation and residential sales. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in driving sales and building strong client relationships.
1. Talk to the leads generated by marketing team & explain the project details
2. Convince them for the site visit.
3. Take prospects for site visits answering all relevant queries in the process.
4. Finally do the booking

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
-
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

Lead property sales efforts, including residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Build relationships with property buyers, investors, and corporate clients.

Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations.

Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
2. Team Leadership & Training
-
Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.

Set individual and team sales goals, ensuring performance targets are met.

Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance sales skills.

Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies.
3. Client Relationship Management
-
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Provide guidance on property investments, legal procedures, and financing options.

Address customer queries and concerns to ensure a seamless buying experience.
4. Marketing & Lead Generation
-
Work with the marketing team to develop advertising and promotional campaigns.
-
Use digital marketing, social media, and offline channels to attract leads.

Manage and nurture inbound and outbound leads through follow-ups and engagement.
5. Documentation & Compliance
-
Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance in all transactions.

Work closely with lawyers, financial institutions, and government authorities.

Oversee contracts, agreements, and other necessary paperwork.
