Job Description
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Generate sales with existing customers and develop opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
2. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings to achieve targets.
3. Report on sales activities to top management.
4. Reach targets and goals set for your area.
5. Establish, maintain and expand your customer base.
6. Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately as per client needs.
7. Maintain and develop relationships with customers via direct meetings, telephone calls and emails.
8. Organize site visits for prospective customers.
9. Accompany customers on site visits and ensure they are briefed in detail about the project.
10. Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.

1. Sales Revenue Growth
2. Customer Acquisition Rate
3. Customer Retention Rate
4. Sales Meeting Conversion Rate
5. Territory Penetration
*Skills and Qualifications:*
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Good problem-solving and analytical skills
5. Strong customer service skills
6. Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
7. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
*Work Experience:*
1. Proven sales experience in a similar industry (preferred)
2. Experience working with customers, understanding their needs and presenting solutions an appropriate solution

1. PUC and above.
