Job Description
Languages Known : Kannada & English is must. Hindi/Telugu/Tamil – Added Advantage
Driving : Should Own a Two Wheeler and posses Licence also should posses Four Wheel Driving Licence
Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Meet with potential buyers, sellers, and renters to understand their property needs and preferences.

Provide guidance to clients about property prices, market trends, and potential investment opportunities.

Offer expert advice and educate clients about the buying, selling, and renting processes.

Property Listings:

Assist clients in listing their properties for sale or rent, ensuring that all relevant information is collected and presented.

Create and update property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and pricing details.

Promote and market properties through multiple channels, including online listings, social media, and print advertising.

Property Showings:

Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters.

Highlight the key features and benefits of properties, and address any questions or concerns from potential clients.

Provide clients with information on the neighborhood, amenities, and local market conditions.

Negotiation and Deal Closing:

Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers, sellers, and renters to reach favorable terms for all parties involved.

Prepare and present sales agreements, contracts, and other documentation for clients.

Work with mortgage brokers, attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions and closings.

Market Research:

Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

Research and analyze comparable properties to ensure competitive pricing strategies for listings.

Offer clients insight into local market conditions, including trends in property values and neighborhood dynamics.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying, selling, and renting process.
