Job Description
Role and responsibilities
· Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
· Direct clients to the appropriate person
· Handle of phone calls & daily inquires
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Suggest and Consult clients as per requirements
· Send quotations, follow up jobs & payments
· Monitor the reception area
· Take the extra mile to engage customers
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
· Learn about our Product portfolio in detail.
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying
Requirement and Skills
· Knowledge of basic Computer (Microsoft Office applications)
· Should have completed higher secondary (12 Standard)
· Presentable with a pleasant personality.
· Team player & Effective communication skills.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently.
· Should Be Smart & Can Speak English.
· Open to learning
NOTE
· Females preferred.
· Freshers can apply too.
· 1-2 months of Training will be given (PAID)
· Exact salary will be based on skills and interview performance.
· No accommodation is provided.
· Working Hours: 10.30 am - 07.30 pm | Monday to Saturday
· Salary: ₹11,000 - ₹15,000 per month
