Job Description

Taking appointments, measuring vitals, dusting and cleaning of clinic, helping doctor. Timing are 9am to 1 pm and evening 4 tom8.15. Interested female candidate can call.

Responsibilities:

Work on front desk management - appointment scheduling, responding to queries, team coordination

Ensure clinic management - equipment maintenance, keeping clinic well organized

Work on record keeping - accounts, patient data/records, team data/records

Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.

Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Protects patients’ rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information

Proficient data entry

Proper patient check-in process

Assist clinical staff with chart preparation

Scanning

Faxing
