Job Opening: Receptionist/Admin

The Receptionist/Admin is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves managing front-desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments within the company.

The main responsibilities include:

Greeting and directing visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals.

Candidates should have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree or diploma in office administration or a related field is a plus but not essential.
