Receptionist cum Administrative Officer
Job Description
The Receptionist cum Administrative Officer manages front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling calls. Responsibilities also include performing administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and office coordination to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors: Welcoming visitors and clients to the office and directing them to the appropriate staff
Managing phone calls: Answering and forwarding phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person
Administrative support: Providing administrative support to the organization, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files
Maintaining records: Keeping records of calls, correspondence, and other important documents
Ensuring a tidy reception area: Keeping the reception area clean and presentable, and ensuring that all necessary supplies are on hand
Ordering supplies: Ordering office supplies and keeping track of inventory
Providing information: Providing information about the company's products and services
Assisting with transportation: Arranging transportation for guests, staff, and students
Performing other tasks: Performing other clerical duties, such as filing and photocopying, and carrying out ad hoc tasks as assigned
