Job Description

Looking for a lady candidate for the role of Receptionist cum office assistant who is fluent in English and Hindi, Conversant in MS EXCEL and MS WORD. Good in e mail communication, good in data entry .Located at Noida may apply for this job.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department

Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner

Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner

Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary

Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings

Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail

Assist with administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry

Support the team with document preparation and other tasks as needed
