Job Activities.

Welcoming patients and visitors
Answering phone calls
Scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance information
Handling administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Coordinating daily administration of doctors, staff, and patients
Monitoring stock and supplies
Ensuring patients are directed to appropriate departments
Maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area.
To Handle Telephone appointments, patient registration, software entries, cash handling. petty cash accounts. Doctor appointments
Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information.
Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
Handle billing and insurance verification for patients.
