Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answering phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries, and responding to questions and concerns
Determining visitors' needs and directing them to the appropriate person or department
Managing the reception area, organizing and maintaining files and records, and updating documents and spreadsheets
Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, and ensuring high-quality customer service
Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Order front office supplies and keep the inventory of stock.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
