Job Description

Basic Communication Skills and Willingness to learn and grow.

Contacting customers: Reach out to potential and existing customers to promote products and services
Providing information: Answer customer questions and provide details about the company and its offerings
Closing sales: Understand customer needs and close deals
Handling complaints: Resolve customer issues and preserve the company's reputation
Maintaining customer information: Keep customer databases updated and organized
Meeting targets: Meet call conversion, lead conversion, and call volume targets
Making reports: Document conversations and observations and report them to the team lead
Customizing scripts: Memorize scripts and adapt them to the situation
Building relationships: Foster relationships with existing clients and build rapport with potential clients
