Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling front office and administration duties
Receiving and providing general hospitality and support to visitors
Monitoring & ensuring the smooth functioning of EPBAX systems
Visitor management - Managing the visitors timeline and scheduling them
Handling all incoming and outgoing calls.
Greet and welcome guests and manage appointments for top management.
Familiarity with office machines
Copying, scanning and filing of documents.
Scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings
Coordinating office activities and ensuring office supplies are stocked
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
