We Have Urgent Opening For Receptionist/Front Office Executive Cum Admin.
We have a job opening for Receptionist/ Front Office Executive cum Admin. Candidate must have graduate/ post graduate for this job profile, Minimum 1- 3 years as receptionist. Skills required for this job opening are- good communication skill, multi tasking ability and computer savvy- experience working on excel, Ms word. Number of openings one (5).
Job Description
Guest relation at Front office
Handling phone calls efficiently
Maintaining attendance register for employees
Maintaining visitor records
Maintain inward/ outward register for materials, utilitiy bills, mails etc
Manage requests for couriers, faxes etc
Supervising the housekeeping staff, security staff, gardeners etc
Managing office supplies & keeping inventory for the same.
Manage the travel arrangements including hotel bookings, air & train ticket booking, cab bookings, visas etc
Assisting the HR & Accounts Department in vendor management for stationers, travel agents, courier agents, utility bill payments etc.
Arranging snacks, cakes, bouquets etc for birthday & office parties.
Arranging ID cards, business cards & office stationary on requirement basis and keeping records for the same.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Office timings: 10:00 am to 6:00pm (5 / 6 days working)
