Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome patients in a courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain patient records and update them regularly.
- Process billing, insurance claims, and payments.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of patient forms.
Coordination:
- Liaise with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Communicate appointment changes or delays to patients and staff.
Customer Service:
- Address patient queries and concerns effectively.
- Provide information about clinic services and procedures.
Office Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Ensure availability of necessary supplies (e.g., forms, brochures).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service (preferably in a healthcare/dental setting).
- Skills:
