Needs good communication skill, good personality and behaviour and have a human touch and passionate outlook towards patients. Mobiles allowed with permission only in emergency. Needs detailing of procedures to patients before seeing the doctor.

Assist with patient admissions and discharge processes.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and medical office software.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
