Job Description

We are looking for Receptionist Office Assistant who is graduate/post graduate fluent in English and Hindi, conversant in usage of excel and word, good in data entry job and email correspondence.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department

Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner

Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner

Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary

Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings

Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail

Assist with administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry

Support the team with document preparation and other tasks as needed

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Professional attitude and appearance
