Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners.

 Collaborate with corporate clients to secure internships and job opportunities.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.

 Track and report on client interactions and partnership outcomes.

 Share internship and job opportunities with partnered colleges.

 Assist colleges in organizing and conducting interviews.

 Coordinate the entire internship and job placement process.

 Professionally communicate non-selection to candidates, maintaining a positive and respectful candidate experience.

 Maintain precise records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and other pertinent information in our recruitment database.

 Ensure that all recruitment processes and practices adhere to legal and ethical standards.

 Regularly provide reports on the progression of the recruitment process to internal stakeholders and clients.
