Job Description

Strategically plan the overall management objectives, in ensuring they are on target with business unit goals and directives.

Mapping & Head-hunting exercise for adding
Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
Handling client
Manage existing clients in the designated industry domain and secure job orders from new and existing clients and manage Delivery as well in a time bound manner Sell retained and contingency search assignments to new and existing clients
Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitment business
Build strategic relationships with key clients
Prepare and submit annual budgets, plans and periodic progress reports to the Management and monitor performance to ensure budget achievement
Able to self-drive-Vertical and handle the team with less supervision.
Providing guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to a group of individuals (the team) for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results.
Providing help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
Developing a strong working relationship with team members, hiring managers & clients to build a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
