Job Description
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the Recruitment team by managing day to day activities.
- Handling HR operations for the Recruitment team.
- Assist recruiters by scheduling and coordinating phone, onsite and skype interviews.
- Maintain candidate database and generate reports from time to time.
- Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence.
Experience / Qualifications Required
- 0- 1 years of exp in HR/ Talent Acquisition
- You should be proficient in Basic Excel
- You have excellent verbal & written communication skills
- You have good Analytical Skills
- You should be good at multitasking
- You possess excellent inter personal & relationship building skills
- You pay attention to detail.
- Can join in 15 days or less.
- Graduate or a Post Graduate in any discipline
- This would be a direct contract for a period of 6 – 12 months.
