Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions

Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, and job boards

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews

Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit

Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking records

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback

Negotiate employment offers and facilitate onboarding process

Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external recruitment agencies

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or in a similar role preferred

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Highly organized and detail-oriented
