1. Assist in posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify potential candidates.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
6. Assist in creating and maintaining job descriptions and recruitment-related documentation.
