Key Responsibilities:

3. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, promoting a positive work culture.
4. Support HR team in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Assist in organizing and conducting employee engagement programs, fostering a sense of belonging and team spirit.
6. Contribute to the planning and execution of training and development initiatives, helping to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
7. Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, providing innovative ideas to improve HR processes and strategies.
