We are now looking for a RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST to join our team in Hyderabad, India.
Job Summary:
This position’s primary role is to recruit new potential employees according to C3i’s recruitment practices.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand each position’s requirements
• Perform end-to-end recruitment
• Administer appropriate standardized test to candidates
• Maintain an up to date tracking sheet and applicant tracking systems for all candidates
• Utilize social networking sites and internet search facilities, in addition to assigned job platform
• Prepare activity reports as per Management's needs
• Establish partnerships with universities and career centers
• Represent the company at career events
• Be point of contact for external recruitment agencies, universities and job boards
• Participate in developing marketing materials for career events
Job Requirements:
Skills:
• Interviewing skills
• Manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication in English
• Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Education:
• Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent
Experience:
• 1+ year experience in recruitment
